I am not very okay right now. No, I am not okay at all.
But as always I am.
I am breathing. Vitality is going through me with each breath. I know what its like not to breathe. So even though i am not okay, somehow I always am.

Learning day by day to see the world and myself as ok. It is relieving. My lesson this week is everything gently done. Gentle is a word that for me includes kindness, peace, tolerance and patience. This is my lesson. This is my focus. With these skills I will be ok and everything will be ok. It is my biggest challenge. Gentle was not a language I learned growing up. I must learn the language of gentle.
