I agree with you that many members get triggered when no one replies to their words. No one likes to feel ignored especially when, as you rightly said, they have taken a leap of faith in writing to us.

I like your idea and think it would be worth adding something to the Guidelines and welcome email.
I especially like your words of zero replies doesn't mean zero cares.

If you, or anyone else out there, would like to help by ensuring all posts receive a reply then please email me. We can never have enough hands on deck at isurvive.

Sorry, I can't send an e-mail from my tablet and definitely not sure if this is the right place. I keep getting an error message when I try to post on my thread and it prompts to contact the administrator. Hope this one goes through..

I hope I am right with this; the forum is set for a window of 24 hours for a self-edit. So if you are trying to edit after that period you will be unable to.
