Hi all, I am new here and wanted to just say hi.
Have DID and been through a lot. Will try to participate as much as possible although we have a very taxing job. So hope I will be forgiven if we do not post for a while at a time.
Not quite sure what to say at thes stage... We are going through tough times at the moment with nightmares and body memories, so just struggling to cope.

welcome,im so sorry you are having a tough time at the moment,i also flit in and out when i have time..im sure you will find the support here that you need.
just take your time and when you feel the need to share things with us,we will be here..

Hi to all the dwellers, I bet your castle is pretty cool. Nice to meet you. You can write what you feel like, when you're ready to write. Usually I like to read here, it's not very easy to post most of the time for me, but that's ok too.
