well done, you! Even people without a traumatic past, don't like to do those things on one's own. So it's very courageous and strong of you to have done this on your own with all the triggers it brought you. I hope it turned out to be less triggering than you feared?

Wounded, I'll be thinking of you during your test. I have just had to go through some icky medical stuff and police and the whole lot. It was weird, I was detached and only fell apart afterward.
